Honoring Charlotte's Bravest Who Made the Ultimate Sacrifice

Fire departments have stood as a pillar of strength, bravery, and service for well over a century. Behind their legacy are the stories of courageous men and women who laid down their lives while protecting others. The “Fallen Heroes” page is dedicated to honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

Each name here represents a legacy of commitment, courage, and selflessness—a life lived in service to others. We remember them not only for how they died, but for how they lived. These heroes stood for courage, community, and commitment.

The museum exists, in part, to preserve their memory and to share their stories with future generations. If you have additional names, photos, or memories to contribute, please contact us.
